1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of citocd.com (the "website"), operated by JEA Digital Info Systems LLP, trading as CItoCD ("CItoCD", "we", "us"), an IT services and consulting company founded in 2016, headquartered in Kochi, Kerala, India, with an office in Hong Kong. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Website content is for information

The content on this website, including descriptions of services, solutions, packages, timelines and features, is general information about what we offer. It is not a binding offer, quotation or professional advice for your specific situation.

Delivery times such as "weeks, not months" describe typical engagements. Actual scope, timelines and prices are agreed in writing for each project.

3. Client engagements

Any consulting, DevOps, software, hosting or AI CCTV services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work and, where personal data is involved, a Data Processing Agreement). If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

4. Acceptable use

When using the website you agree not to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any connected system;
  • probe, scan or test the website's security without our written permission;
  • send spam, malware or false information through our forms;
  • overload or disrupt the website, for example with automated requests or denial-of-service attacks;
  • copy or scrape the website's content for commercial use without our permission.

5. Intellectual property

The CItoCD name, logo, website design, text, graphics and code belong to CItoCD or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not reproduce, modify or reuse our content or branding without written permission. Third-party names and logos (such as AWS, Azure, Docker and Kubernetes) belong to their owners and are used only to describe the technologies we work with.

7. No warranty

We work to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CItoCD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

9. Changes to the website and these terms

We may update the website or these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
